A sustainable stay: for you, for the Planet.
The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) defined by the European Union in 2015 through the 2030 Agenda urge us to take concrete and immediate action for the well-being of people and the Planet and to promote peace and partnerships.
The fight against climate change drives us all to take action for the climate and to reduce and eliminate from the atmosphere the amount of CO2 and other harmful gases that are damaging ecosystems.
Carbon neutrality is therefore a common goal, and we have chosen to contribute by implementing an effective policy aimed at neutralizing the direct emissions of our facility and those from imported energy. We also intend to reduce the resources used for the ordinary management of our Hotel and mitigate the environmental impact of the services provided.
The Earth is a common good that we have a duty to protect and enhance. In the spirit of sustainable development, we believe that every inhabitant has the duty to act with significant and transparent actions.
It is this conviction that has driven us over the years to launch initiatives for the benefit of the environment and the community, and that continues to motivate our projects to ensure our guests a sustainable stay.
“The greatest threat to our Planet is the belief that someone else will save it“.

Guided by Tecno, the partner we have chosen to limit our environmental and social impact, since January 1, 2022, we have been using green energy and zero-impact gas for our facility’s supplies.
The purchase of green energy, certified with Guarantees of Origin, allows for the neutralization of electricity emissions, offset by the supplier itself.
We have also neutralized our direct CO2 emissions by purchasing certified Carbon Credits, thereby financing remarkable projects connected to the construction of a hydroelectric plant in Brazil and a reforestation project in Panama. The actions undertaken will promote the absorption of over 100 tons of CO2 from the atmosphere.
Following the devastating loss of 200 pine trees due to the 2018 storm, we donated a pine tree to the municipality of Jesolo, planted in the park on Via Ca’ Gamba.
Our guests can take advantage of a bicycle fleet and a charging station for electric cars to travel sustainably to all desired destinations. We extend this same attention to our staff’s transportation, equipped with an electric Smart car for daily errands.
We avoid resource waste through the use of biodegradable detergents for daily room cleaning and the adoption of an internal recycling system. This will also help mitigate the environmental impact of the services provided.
In our cold storage facilities, we preserve poultry donated monthly by AIA and destined for the community kitchen of the Red Cross in San Donà di Piave.
